Prior to the session we can review each student’s area of focus to help us get a background on the participants. We will study this prior to the session to help guide the narrative. We respect your privacy! This is optional based on the institutions own operating procedures.

5 Rules of the Job Interview – A bi-directional, interactive masterclass that explains, the process, the players and the cadence of the interview. What to do, what to avoid and how to successfully navigate the very brief, yet critical gate into the creative industry. The session will turn the tables and get into the mind of the hiring manager, and get to the heart of what the hiring manager is looking for. How to stay true to yourself, while connecting at their level, and delivering what they need to see & hear. A fully engaged session, students are prompted throughout the session. This gets them out of their comfort zone and into the process. It elevates the student role from passive listeners to active contributors.

Session Q&A
This is where many students get the greatest value: Whats on their minds? What are their hurdles? or perceived blockers? We will help them navigate. We encourage an active dialog. Students will learn from the other students questions and ensuing dialog.

Post-Session Access and Support
Participants need not take notes! Instead, to help them stay engaged in the session, we will provide a walk-away materials of all key advice and points covered. Most importantly, we offer each students a individual 1:1 conference call with the instructor should they need advice with an upcoming interview. Send us the job description, we will help you! We give the student an edge on “the day.”and provide insight and support specific support.
